The Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is a beautiful property with many amenities for relaxing and rejuvenating. The adult only pool and cabana were spectacular. Mineral pools were amazing and the cold plunge was invigorating. A busy day but never felt crowded. Our cabana server Ahnee was very attentive and personable. She provided us with first class customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The bar service was exceptional and our club sandwich was delicious. If you have not been to the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, you are missing out. I highly recommend this fabulous resort.

I want to start by saying that I gave this place two chances—once with a day pass and once with a twilight pass. The first visit was for my best friend’s birthday, and we were both shocked by how filthy the place was. There was trash everywhere—on the ground, on tables, and even floating in the pools. I found myself pulling cups out of the water while trying to swim. Despite that experience, I decided to give it another try with my husband using the twilight pass. He’s one of the least high-maintenance people I know, and even he was appalled by the amount of garbage left everywhere. What really pushed us over the edge was seeing cockroaches crawling in and out of leftover cups that had been sitting untouched for hours. For a place that calls itself a “day spa,” the lack of cleanliness is extremely concerning. It’s clear that maintenance and hygiene are not a priority here, and that’s simply unacceptable. Google won’t let me leave pictures so I am posting them here. Also they seem to allow personal speakers and people were blasting explicit music in a “spa” like environment. I usually wouldn’t care but the fact you are paying to relax.

Had the best birthday at Murrieta Hot Springs Spa, and our cabana server Sophie made it even better! She was super attentive, kept our drinks full, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Friendly, efficient, and just overall amazing service. Thanks, Sophie! We had the most wonderful stay at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcomed—they were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, and we really enjoyed exploring all the amenities the resort has to offer. The location is also a big plus—peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive from great local restaurants and shops. But the true highlight for me was the aqua yoga class—it was such a unique, calming experience and an absolute must for anyone visiting. I also loved the mud therapy session, which left me feeling refreshed and renewed. My husband especially enjoyed the cold plunges, which were invigorating and a great contrast to the warm mineral pools. We also dined at Talia Kitchen, where we found a great variety of delicious dishes and some of the friendliest staff we’ve met on a trip. Everything about this place was thoughtful and restorative. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic location and experience. We were in a hillside sleeper suite. Right from the check in experience, the whole experience at the hotel was top level. The activities were great and I left feeling refreshed (though I really didn’t want to leave😅)
